New for 2021 are the SATFX closed heads; a new range of orbital closed welding heads, perfect for butt welding. Designed in-house by AXXAIR engineers and produced at the company’s headquarters in France, the SATFX closed heads incorporate some of the characteristics of the former SATF generation but with technical innovations enhancing usability and welding results.
Following the development of some of the key technical features on these machines, the new SATFX range includes:
3 new heads covering tube diameters ranging from 6mm to 115mm (0,25” to 4.5”)
Advanced ergonomics, handling and cleaning.
Redesigned remote control keypad for operating the welding power supply.
Toughened support beam for improved safety.
